A few things to know.
Do I need to create the artwork myself?
No. Made for You is our custom creative service, ordered through Etsy. You supply the photos and ideas; we create and refine the digital imagery.
How are the portraits made?
We create the imagery digitally from your pet’s photos, using creative direction, digital editing, and AI-assisted enhancements. Physical products reproduce the finished digital design on fine art paper, canvas, or a mug; they are not hand-painted originals.
Does every order include a print or video?
No. Order the format you want. Digital portraits do not automatically include a video, mug, canvas, or framed print. Your Etsy listing explains exactly what you receive.
What if I have more than one pet or a deadline?
Message PawsitiveMessagesCo on Etsy before ordering so we can confirm the scope, options, and timing for your request.
Can I create something myself in the app?
Yes. Creating in the app is a separate experience from commissioning a Made for You order. Explore the website’s Experiences page to see the options.
Let’s make something that is so them.
