What do I receive?
Five unique Halloween portraits of one pet, each in a different costume and scene. Custom design is included. You also receive matching pet-voice caption versions. This is a made-to-order digital purchase; no video, physical print, or costume is included.
What photo should I send?
Start with one clear photo showing your pet’s face, ears, and chest. You can send up to three reference photos through Etsy Messages. Include their name, pronouns, personality, and any costume ideas. Dogs and cats are welcome.
Can I choose costumes?
Share your ideas and your pet’s personality when you order. We create five different looks across the Halloween themes. The examples show the style and possibilities; your scenes are designed for your own pet.
When will my images arrive?
Your preview is sent through Etsy Messages within 1–2 business days after we receive usable photos and complete personalization details. Final digital files arrive within 1 business day after you approve the preview. One round of minor revisions is included. Revisions or delayed feedback may extend delivery. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
What if I have more than one pet or need a specific date?
